Cabinet temperature -20℃,environment temperature are 25℃,30℃,35℃ separately,when condensation appears on vacuum glass(U value 0.4-0.6W/M2.K) ,the humidity is 79%-88%,for low-E IGU (U value 1.1-1.2W/M2.K),humidity is 62-68%,while for normal triple glass units (U value 2.0w/m2.k),humidity is 45-50%.
Vacuum glass has great advantage in preventing condensationAMP ,for other insulated glass,refrigerator manufacturers must apply heating film to increase glass surface temperature and prevent condensation.
Early this week we made a simple test showing the excellent thermal insulation performance of vacuum glass.
Based on same condition,the test result is:

Applying vacuum glass in refrigerator can save energy costs and prevent condensation
As vacuum glass can keep low temperature and prevent the cold air transmit glass,then will decrease the condenser working time and its frequent starting, prolong its lifetime.
